Pediatric Ulcerative Colitis with Concurrent Budd-Chiari Syndrome: A Rare Case Study

Medical exam revealed hepatomegaly and ascites, and laboratory assessments confirmed severe anemia and slight leukocytosis. Endoscopy confirmed pancolitis.
