My name is SOBOWALE Sunday Samuel (PhD). I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Engineering from Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria. I am a member of Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Member of Institute of Food Science and Technology, Chicago, USA, and Member, Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST). I have over twenty (20) published articles in several local and international journals. Currently, I am a senior lecturer in the Department of Food Technology at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
