Research Interest

His research interest tackle recent advances in stem cells biology and therapy and include: genetic profiling of adult human olfactory bulb neural stem cells (OBNSCs), glioblastoma cancer stem cells, therapeutic potential of human olfactory bulb neural stem cells (OBNSC) for neurodegenerative and traumatic diseases including Alzheimer?s, Parkinson?s (PD) and spinal cord injury (SCI), molecular mechanism underlying Alzheimer?s disease (AD), identification of common and rare variants associated with AD, amyloid cascade hypothesis, landscape of NAT2 polymorphisms among breast cancer, patient-specific iPSC to study stroke, and gene expression profiling of iPSC and ESC.
