In Argentina, mayo of 2006 the law of Biodiesel in Argentina (Nº 26,093) was approved. Its focus was the development of the local biofuels market. Especially in recent years, they have received a strong impetus and support from the national state, which has provided a regulatory framework and promotion to the activity. Its production has been encouraged with a regime of promotion and tax benefits, which accompany the development of the sector. The compulsory mixture of biofuels with fossil fuels has also been established throughout the territory of the Argentine nation, which allowed to generate the necessary conditions to assure to the companies enabled an internal market to which to supply and a sustained growth horizon. According to our normative context is understood by biofuels to bioethanol, biodiesel and biogas, which are produced from raw materials of agricultural, agro-industrial or organic waste. Biofuel production in Argentina is focused on bioethanol from sugar cane and corn. Biodiesel is based on the use of one of the main coproductions of the industrialization of soya bean. Diesel oil in Argentina has a significant share and its supply cannot be supplied with local production. Thus it forces growing imports from other countries. For this reason, genre this study to measure the impact of diesel oil replacement by Argentine biodiesel, DEsde the Primer year compulsory cut year 2010 To this day.
