Abstract:

Vasospastic angina (VSA) occurs specifically during night or early morning when person is at rest; and is not persuaded by any physical activity. The investigation of VSA is often neglected by the investigators. Here, we present a case of VSA in a 59-years-old lady associated with asthma and oesophageal spasm, a systemic smooth muscle disorder involving heart, lungs and gastrointestinal system.
