He is currently working at the Department of Clinical and Molecular Biomedicine, Section of Pharmacology and Biochemistry, Catania University, in the laboratory of Prof. Filippo Drago.His research topic is related to eicosanoids and bioactive lipids in ?in vitro? models of human blood retinal barrier or blood brain barrier. In particular, I study the effect of new drugs administration in endothelial cell or pericytes, in conditions so that we mimicking inflammatory conditions that are implicated in the pathogenesis of different pathology.
