Institutional Failures and Institutional Innovations in the EU of Crisis

The European Union (EU) has faced numerous crises in recent years, revealing both the vulnerabilities and strengths of its institutions. This paper explores the dual themes of institutional failures and innovations within the EU during times of crisis.
