Adenomyosis’ frequency among hysterectomies carried out for obstetric difficulties is unknown, although it has historically been predicated on individuals who had hysterectomies for gynaecological reasons. This study's objective was to evaluate the prevalence and clinical effects of adenomyosis among women having hysterectomy procedures connected to pregnancy. This study used a retrospective cohort design. To find instances of PH, records of women who gave birth at a regional centre for tertiary obstetric care in Milan between were examined.
