Paranoid Personality Disorder (PPD) is a mental disorder characterized by paranoia and a pervasive, long-standing suspiciousness and generalized mistrust of others. A person with paranoid personality disorder will nearly always believe that other people’s motives are suspect or even malevolent.

People with this disorder:
Unforgiving and hold grudges.
Hypersensitive and take criticism poorly.
Read hidden meanings in the innocent remarks or casual looks of others.
