Abstract:

The author presents the discovery of fungal corneal infection as responsible of the origin and progression of Kertoconus sickness followed up with the already experimented biological Treatment that gives a definitive resolution to ectasiaprogression and finally the Micro-Surgical-Corneal-Incisional-Technique, that has demonstrated (up to now a day), that this technique (presented for the first time at “Atlanta ISRS Congress in 1995”) is still the only realiable one (after 35 years of “Follow Up”), that can give an “Implosive“ and “Flattening” corneal effect, to correct permanently the refractive secondary error and to restore a definitive Sight Recover
