Biography

Dr. Obumneke Amadi-Onuoha, Dr.PH, MPH, Ms. CTR, Ms.Clinical Pharmacol. Dr. Amadi-Onuoha is the founder of the organization, ?Discover Health Global Initiative? (www.dhgi.org), a non-for-profit organization aimed at supporting and promoting global health matters, the organization is a collaborative initiative aimed at solving global health problems through education, research, clinical work, and advocacy and conveying the promise of healthy futures. Dr. Amadi-Onuoha?s academic training and research experience to date have provided her with an excellent background in public health epidemiology, biostatistics, clinical microbiology, scientific writing, and health policies and administration skills, and clinical and translational research skills. As an undergraduate and graduate, she conducted diverse research in health-related problems with her mentors at her various universities. Most of her research focused on patient safety and she gained expertise with multiple research methods and analysis. During her undergraduate and graduate careers, she received several academic awards. She has many years of experience working in and with the health care organizations. Dr. Amadi-Onuoha?s future career plan is to work as a health scientist, leveraged on public health and clinical & translational research in one of the several health Institutions to help address questions of medicine and public health problems, also to mentor emerging scholar health research scientist. Dr. Amadi-Onuoha, have great passion to support global public health improvement, and is so enthusiastic and determined to advance these opportunities through global health advocacy, journal publications, health trainings, mentorship, and education support.
