Lamprini Kourkouta is Professor at the Nursing Department of TEI of Thessaloniki (TEI) since 1998. She studied Nursing at the University of Athens (1989). He holds a Masters degree in Research Methodology and History of Medicine and the subject of his doctoral thesis mentioned in the History of Nursing in Byzantium (1993). He has attended many seminars Continuing Education Nursing and Healthcare of interest (over 110). He took part in scientific events as a representative and as coordinator in round tables and conferences nursing interest. She has a rich literary and research work more than 80 publications in Greek and international journals and more than 300 papers in Greek and International Conferences. Her work is recognized by other scientists, with over 250 references Greek and foreign in it. She is also a reviewer for scientific journals, Greek and foreign.
Research interests focus on History, Ethics of Nursing and Health Sciences, Nursing Mental Health and School of Nursing.
