The areas of my current study include studying the role of bile acid receptors TGR5/FXR and PGC1?-Sirt3-ERR? signaling pathway in diabetes and obesity disease, studying the role of Polo-Like Kinase in Medulloblastoma, developing and applying machine learning and statistical methods to integrate high-throughput biological data for biomarker discovery in tumors, and developing R package and website tools for gene list functional annotation
My research interesting includes molecular and biochemistry, genomics, cancer biology, computational biology and bioinformatics.
