Resiliency Model of Medical Staff in COVID-19 Conditions: Evidence from Red Crescent

The critical conditions of COVID-19 have exposed the medical staff to stress and a large amount of work, which has
caused the creation of special psychological conditions for the medical staff. Thus, the resiliency level of medical
staff is effective in such conditions. In the present research, by studying the literature and collecting the conducted
research, 36 indicators affecting the resiliency of the medical staff of Red Crescent in COVID-19 conditions were
identified. Moreover, the effectiveness of these indicators from the medical staff of Red Crescent was surveyed by
designing a questionnaire using the Likert scale and then was categorized into 4 dimensions. The final questionnaire
was designed according to it moreover was distributed and collected among 43 medical staff of the Iranian
