Maintaining blood sugar levels within a healthy range reduces the risk of complications such as heart disease, nerve damage, kidney problems and vision impairment. This article provides a comprehensive overview of blood sugar management, its importance, strategies to achieve optimal regulation and the long-term health benefits associated with consistent monitoring and intervention.
