Abstract

Global Leaders Didactic Tool: Creation of Harmonized and Regulated Society

Salar A. Khan

Baby born has no knowledge and no memories. The subconscious mind begins with a clean slate which is called tabula rasa. At birth babies are born with senses and some basic physical needs connected with pain and pleasure mechanisms and then gradually get familiar with parents and siblings if they have. In the beginning observations and experiences get stored in the subconscious mind database. This process will start forming baby values, attitudes, personality, and memories to be a talented global leader in future if parents want or professional in any field, or to be a good citizen nationally and internationally, parents must start working from the beginning. As baby's age advances continuing surveillance to improve observational skill sets, exposure to smaller projects to gain more experience, training, education, increasing knowledge and wisdom leading to make baby a perfect humankind at certain age oflife if baby learned to utilize inner sense or got access to unconscious knowledge, or unconscious cognition, inner insight to unconscious pattern recognition, and develop ability to understand something instinctively, without any need for conscious reasoning.
