Clinical research is a systematic method for evaluating the effectiveness of treatment and for establishing a basis for inductive generalizations about intervention. The ultimate goal is to further intellectual progress by contributing to the scientific base of practice through the development of theory.

A clinical trial is defined as an experiment on humans being carried out in order to evaluate one or more potentially beneficial therapies. The clinical investigator is assumed to have control of both the therapies being evaluated and the patient population to which these therapies are administered.

Insights in Biomedicine journal aims to encourage interdisciplinary discussions and contributing to the advancement of medicine, benefiting readers and authors by accelerating the dissemination of research information and providing maximum access to scholarly articles.

Considering the importance of human health and emergency medical and clinical issues associated with it, prime attention towards biomedical research is of great significance. Thus, providing a common and enriched information sharing platform.

Peer review methods are used to maintain quality standards, improve performance, and provide credibility. The main goal of this practice is to improve the relevance and accuracy of scientific discussions.

All published articles of this journal are included in the indexing and abstracting coverage of Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Cosmos IF, Publons, Secret Search Engine Labs), Studies receiving funding from a funding organization that is included on the list of PMC and Research Funder Policies or authors having NIH grant were submitted toPubMed.
