INTRODUCTION

Chest pain is one of the important reasons for hospital admissions among children. However, it is known that the cause of chest pain is mostly not because of cardiac origin. It was aimed to investigate asthma and other atopic diseases in children with chest pain that is not originated from cardiac problems. Children aged 6-18 years who were investigated for chest pain in the pediatric cardiology and pediatric allergy-immunology departments were included in the study. Hematological parameters, pulmonary function tests and skin prick tests were performed. Atopic diseases and existence of environmental factors smoking exposure, presence of pet, stove use, wool use and mold had been questioned. Chest pain is one of the important reasons for hospital admissions among children. In addition, it is the second reason for referral to a pediatric cardiologist after murmur. However, it is known that the cause of chest pain is mostly not because of cardiac origin Chest pain due to cardiac disorder was reported below overall In order to find the main cause, the patient’s complaints should be questioned in detail. It was reported that among the most common causes of chest pain in children are idiopathic. However, many pathologies such as musculoskeletal system and respiratory system disorders are some other factors that result in chest pain in children Chest pain and chest tightness are self-limiting conditions that can occur in respiratory system diseases and may occur during asthma attacks, yet the diagnosis can be confused Asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in children, occurring with different symptoms [1-4].

Description

It is characterized by airway obstruction, airway hypersensitivity, shortness of breath, chest tightness and cough. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate patient asthma and other atopic conditions, along with clinical presentations in patients with chest pain not due to cardiovascular problems. The clinical home is a transcendental model for providing pediatric patients with complete medical services. Clinical Homes are defined by the American Academy of Pediatrics as open, consistent, complete, family-oriented, and socially delivered by well-prepared physicians who consider and collaborate with all aspects of pediatric care. Defined as strong medical. Term Caring for seriously ill children and helping families to see if they seek better care. The job is especially important for children with clinical complexity. Adolescents with clinical complexity are children with significant useful limitations and ongoing medical needs. These children are often dependent and are at high risk of hospitalization.

Conclusion

Furthermore, the impact of a child’s clinical complexity on the type of health care provider that parents have access to remains unclear. Understanding which health care providers parents contact in the event of a serious illness can help facilitate prehospital care for adolescents. Outside, medical facilities are essential to the treatment model of her two adolescents, with or without clinical complications. Despite the critical role of clinical homes in prehospital care, little is known about how parents use clinical homes prior to pediatric emergency department approval. In particular, information is lacking on how often a parent contacts the children’s hospital or other health care provider prior to her check.
