Neonatal screening program in Argentina: The method we use and a brief comparison between border countries

As Neonatal screening is a powerful tool in primary health care, we consider exposing our national program with the focus on our legal framework as a way to show newborn´s rights. The programs are not the same between countries so that it is offered a brief comparison between two border countries
